At Aniimeshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Aniimeshop account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from our returns portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
